Guest login is available on Cal Poly's Cisco Clean Access wireless network. Guest Accounts are administered by the ITS Service Desk for valid campus purposes. Here are the steps:

1. A guest requests an account at the ITS Service Desk; there, a user will be asked to fill out a wireless guest account form. The form is also available at http://its.calpoly.edu/documents/RUP-Network-DHCP.pdf

2. The user must have a DLAN Coordinator or other on-campus sponsor. The sponsor must submit a Remedy ticket to the Service Desk on behalf of their guest. The ticket should indicate the beginning and ending dates for which access will be needed.

3. Once the form is submitted by the user and the Remedy ticket is submitted by the sponsor, the request will be processed. The account and password will be given to the sponsor.

4. Guest accounts are valid from 8:00 am Monday to 8:00 am the following Monday.

For Windows 2000/XP users, Agent Download will be required upon initial web browser sign on. Once the Agent has been installed and launched, simply choose "Cal Poly Guest" as shown below, and login with the username and password obtained from the ITS Service Desk.
