Novell machines users must install a piece of software called Cisco Clean Access Agent on their computer to log on.
If you are using Novell to log onto your Windows 2000/XP wireless laptop, you log onto your machine as normal. This enables access to your computer and your Novell server but not the rest of the network. Select the right link below for instructions on accessing the rest of the network (e.g. The Internet, email, etc.).

Cisco Clean Access Agent Installation Instructions
Step 1: Open a web browser and visit a website. The browser will send you to a login page to start the installation process.
Step 2: Type in your Cal Poly username and password (same as my.calpoly.edu), and click "Continue". You will be prompted to for download the CCA Agent.
Click on the button to begin downloading the CCA Agent.
Step 3: You will be asked to save or open the file.
Choose to "Open" the file.
Step 4: A welcome page will pop up to start the installation process.
Click the next button to progress through the installation.
All settings for the installation should already be set to the proper selections for a normal set up.
This Completes the one time installation of the Cico Clean Access Agent.
Normal Login
1. With the Cisco CLean Access Agent already installed, your computer should display a login screen when it detects Cal Poly's Wireless network.
2. Enter your Cal Poly username and password (same my.calpoly.edu) and click "Login" to access the wireless network.
3. After Loging you will have access to the campus network and the Internet.
