...Windows 2000/XP users may encounter problems with the Cisco Clean Access Agent. When the alert pops up please be sure to click "Keep" to ensure that the Agent runs smoothly on your computer.

 

If the Agent doesn't load correctly upon startup of your Windows Machine...

...you must manually launch the Agent by double-clicking on the desktop icon or via the "Start" --> "Programs" menu. To access the wireless network on a Windows machine at Cal Poly, the Agent MUST be running.
